We are introducing Patricia Ann Howard as a semi-perm addition to Untamed Psyche! She discusses her struggles & how they played into parenting, & how her trauma ended up as a pass-through to her own children.  We discuss how our minds have been conditioned over our lifetime to believe #negativity about our #selfimage & our actions.   We are unaware of our subconscious programming that we've experienced throughout our lifetime up until this day. Think of some #negative connotations you were told as a child for example: ☆clumsy ☆wild ☆financial structures ☆flat chested ☆unlucky   These negative connotations limit our own potential & that = #selfsabotage.
