Ep. 23: The Recovering Perfectionist

In this episode I speak about perfectionism and how I've moved from Perfectionist to 'Recovering Perfectionist' as I dance the path of imperfection and messiness!This episode was originally recorded in May 2023....and then perfectionism hit, and something happened with the audio and I couldn't find the original recording so I thought, ok I'll just rerecord this at another date. And I still haven't almost 2 years later and I've just come across the episode waiting in my drafts section and have reluctantly listened to it. So in the spirit of my recovery from perfectionism I am releasing it into the world in its imperfect form! Ahhhhh.
