But, productivity can come at the cost of moving the needle forward in your life if you lose sight of your priorities. Think about your to do list…. Maybe it’s a list of things you want to get done today. Maybe it’s a list of things you need to do tomorrow. Or if you’re like many people, your to do list is a running list of things you think about and jot down so you don’t forget. The problem is that the items on a to do list are not prioritized. They keep you busy, but busy is not the same as productive. And worse yet, productive is not the same as meaningful. That’s why you NEED a Stop Doing List.
