Ep 233: No Has to be an Option For Yes to be a Choice

Have you experienced doing something because you are unwilling not to do it? It is not the same thing as doing something because you want to. It is challenging to choose what you want because you are trained to do what you should do first. So much of leadership has chosen from being something that you should do. As soon as you have something you should do, you don't have much choice for your 'No.' Doing something because you are unwilling not to will never have the same result as doing it because you really choose it. Listen, and you will know how to accept 'No' as an option and 'Yes' to become a choice.
