My keynote centred on passion as the critical driver of sales and business success.I shared the importance of taking personal responsibility, nurturing a lifelong desire to learn, and the essential role of energy—fuelled by passion—in building meaningful relationships and delivering great customer service. Good health is a crucial factor here, and I reminded everyone that without it, we have little energy to spare.
