He enjoys working hands on with clients, enabling them to make the best decisions for future growth. His practice focuses on startup law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counsel. In pairing with his past experience at the Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Corben brings a well-rounded perspective to the firm. Corben graduated with a BS in Management and a concentration in Corporate Finance from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management before moving on to earn his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.
