EP. 24 | Cultivating Confidence

from Livfiit Listens

Confidence is such a powerful and transformative trait but yet why does it seem like a challenge to embody? In today's epi we're taking about both the perspective and energetic shifts I've made to feel more confident in not only who I am as a person but also in the way that I look. Again, this is more of a bird's eye view on the topic in hopes that it can be applied to feeling more confident in any scenario. True confidence and security in yourself comes from doing the soul work, developing self love, being your own best friend, and claiming that energetic frequency and that is what we're diving into today.  . Today's Affirmation: “I am confident in who I am, what I look like, and what I stand for.” . A Beautiful Mind Dr Selena Fisk What image comes to mind when you think about someone living with neuro distinction? Is it that it is an illness that can be cured? or that neurodistinct people struggle to hold down a job? Or that people identifying with the same 'labels' require the same supports? Even though we’re hearing more and more about neuro distinction, many ‘go-to’ stereotypes remain, which aren’t super helpful if you’ve just been diagnosed or are wondering how to help someone who has. A Beautiful Mind takes you way beyond the stereotypes and into the minds and stories of people living with neurodistinctions. Data storyteller Dr Selena Fisk meets people with a diagnosis, a mental health condition or an addiction who explain what it’s like to live with these labels, and share the path they're on as they navigate workplaces and communities who struggle to know how to best support them.
