Fernando Lovo is the newly appointed Vice President for Athletics at the University of New Mexico, bringing a powerful blend of football operationsexpertise and strategic leadership in collegiate athletics. At just 36 yearsold, Lovo has already overseen over half abillion dollars in capital projects and held leadership roles across NFL and top-tier NCAA programs. Born in New Orleans and raised in Miami, he studied at theUniversity of Florida, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Government,followed by a Master of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration andManagement.
