Sheriff Mack is most known for the Mack/Printz vs. United States case which determined that the Brady Act was unconstitutional, and in doing so, reestablished the significance of the 10th Amendment. Today, Sheriff Mack travels the country, educating sheriffs and peace officers on the oath they have all sworn - to uphold and defend the United States Constitution. He has firsthand experience protecting the people in his jurisdiction from a corrupt and overreaching government.
