Ep. 24: Speed

Pop quiz, hot shot! Emily has never seen Speed. You have a movie podcast. What do you do? WHAT. DO. YOU. DO? Well duh, you show Emily f***ing Speed!!! Oh man do we have fun with this quintessential 90s action masterpiece. Press the pedal through the floor and stay above 50 mph as you join us for a heap of summer fun as we fix the fact that Emily has blinders on to the world (okay, okay I'll stop quoting Dennis Hopper's utterly infectious scenery-chewing performance now). Honestly though, you should feel sorry for Emily because she's at the whim of a madman (yeah, sorry I totally lied) here on this whirlwind discussion which culminates in our making a pitch for possibly the greatest sequel crossover ever conceptualized. Curious? TUNE IN AND FIND OUT NOW!!! So strap in, raise a glass, and join us on our ongoing adventures as we have a drink and chat about movies! Cheers!
