In a week where:Wildfires in Hawaii kills 90+, the deadliest in US history. Government announces crackdown on gender-neutral toilets."Black Godfather" Clarence Avant dies aged 92.Sam Bankman-Fried indicted on charges for donating $100m in stolen customer funds to US politicians.Donald Trump is indicted for a 4th time.In The Internet: (7:04) It seems that every year there's a new shopping site that gives you the most random shit at cheap prices. This year it's Temu and as it turns out, you can cop knives on there. Seems legit!In Music: (23:20) There was nothing more jarring this year - especially as a Hip-Hop fan - to watch Ice Cube taking Tucker Carlson around LA. Whilst that's a wild example, Hip-Hop people aligning with the right is definitely a trend. In The Arts: (35:14) We all have that creative person that portrays themselves as 'tortured'. Some instinctively believe that you need to go through shit to be a good artist! So are we romanticising the "tortured artist"? Lastly, in Sports: (49:21) My favourite basketball player and the player that made me fall in love with ball - Dwyane Wade - was inducted into the Basketball HOF over the weekend.
