Andres Vargas: from engineer to planner I learned of Andres Vargas from his participation as a speaker at the 2022 Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) convention. While he worked as an engineer for some years, he’s now a planner. I don’t know what planners do, so I’m definitely going to ask him about that. I’m also interested in his involvement with SHPE and what his plans are with the organization.
