This book cuts through the modern-day distortions about our history, especially regarding the treatment of Aboriginal people. Contrary to the claims of many, the truth is far more complex and, in many cases, inspiring.I share powerful excerpts that highlight the founding principles of Australia, particularly the early embrace of the rule of law, self-governance, and freedom, even for convicts.
