In this episode the FM3 hop back in the sack with their beloved Hell Priest and a bunch half-assed cenobites for an orgy of evil delights. This time around the crew stumble upon a sweet art sculpture that has imprisoned the extra evil Pinhead just waiting for some poor schmucks to come along and fall for some dumb shit so he can fuck up earth with his new found Freddy Krueger sensibilties. Luckily Jef, Josh and Brian meet the detached soul of Elliott Spencer and hatch a plan to bring that old pin cushion into the dream taint world to be annihilated. The Dark Prince of Pain almost turns the city of New York into a fiery hellscape but The Forever Midnight crew once again save the day by harnessing the power of good with a boisterous conversation about boobs and dicks.
