Starlight Thursdays Episode 247 featuring BK Love Recorded live at Star Garden New Year’s Eve 2025. I went on at 4am. There’s something about the late night early morning sets that I find special. The mood is already well set and pressure of peak time has past. More often than not people just wanna keep going. We had a good dance floor bumping when I got on. Within the first few tracks a konga line formed and I was like “oh hell yeah, it’s on!” I kept the system bumping till nearly 6. Playing Afro House, some deeper stuff and a bit of Techno. Having 4 cdjs setup was fantastic and allowed me to play more tracks simultaneously, loop and layer sounds and overall get really lost in the music. This is one I’ll remember forever. I felt so locked in and connected with the dance floor. Really appreciate all the people that stayed up late and got down, also incredibly grateful for the Starlight Reunion team and all the hard work they put in to make the celebration shine bright. -BK Love-
