THE KELLY CARDENAS PODCAST PRESENTS BJ Fratesi was born 9/22/57 in Indianola, Miss. Both parents deceased. I have two older brothers and a younger sister. Graduated from Delta State University with a BBA. Passed CPA exam in 1982. Worked in pulic accounting for 8 years in south mississippi. Moved to St Louis in 1986 to help Dominoes pizza franchisee to grow his business. Moved to Huntsville Al to join Steak Out Franchise as their CFO. This company was sold in 1994. The main owner of Steak Out took the sales proceeds and asked me and another guy to start a TexMex restaurant which opened in 1995. 28 years later, we have 8 restaurants in North Alabama. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 8 years ago. It is a progressive decease. However, through excercise, great doctors, good diet, etc, i have kept.the progression at bay. I work full time and love every minute.
