Over 1.8 million people were affected and had lost family members, housing, food, water, businesses, and communities. I felt the call for humanity to come together and to rise in support, but it seemingly just glossed the news like another, light-weighted weather event. I felt called to look into why the response was so low. --- Whether you care or not about the various crises in the world can say a lot about your own current state of well-being. Do you feel cared for enough? Are you yourself taking steps toward the self-care that you need? For those of us who do care a great deal, this is such an asset to the health of your heart space.
