In this week’s episode I explore one of the greatest barriers to living a passionate, fulfilled life: the fear of rejection. Drawing on the Easter story, I reflect on the rejection of Christ and the extraordinary impact that followed, inviting you to see rejection not as something to fear but as something to embrace. I explain how our fear of rejection is deeply rooted in early childhood experiences where rejection once equated to survival, and how this unconscious belief still drives much of our behaviour today. This fear stops us from asking for what we want, building meaningful relationships, and achieving the results we are capable of.I challenge you to reframe rejection and to practise it deliberately, recognising that all achievers face frequent rejection. I also encourage you to reflect on how often you reject others in everyday decisions, and how little meaning you attach to those moments.By shifting your perspective, you can see rejection as a necessary and even empowering part of success.
