You're listening to Shilis's podcast. I am going to go ahead and pray and we're going to step into the topic which is called Independence for the World System and it's going to be very good. So awesome, let's pray. Father, I just thank you for every single person that is listening to this broadcast, whether they are watching it live in the path of purpose group or they are listening to it on the podcast.

I thank you, Father, that this is a divine appointment, that you are up to big things in planet Earth and you are up to big things in our life in this hour. Father, we just want to step into what you are doing. Father, we want to live like Jesus lived because we're one with Jesus and that's available to us. We can see what you're doing.

We can hear what you are speaking and Father, we are designed to walk together through life in union with you, doing what you are doing, speaking what you are speaking and doing the same works that Jesus did and even greater works. And I just thank you, Father, for the month of July. That is the month where we celebrate the independence of America and I thank you that you have shifted the theme of that for us this month and saying that this is the month that we are living independent from independence and independent from the world system. So Father, teach us Holy Spirit and lighten the eyes of our understanding so that we can know the hope of our calling and that Father, we can walk by faith and that we can walk not under the illusion of separation being dominated by the circumstances that we find ourselves in in life, but Father, we would walk in the ways of oneness and that we would dominate instead of being dominated.

And so I just thank you, Father, for all that you're doing, all that you're going to speak today and I just yield my body as a living sacrifice, Holy and acceptable and pleasing unto you, Father, speak through me today. Think through my mind, use these words as words of life and words of encouragement and words that uplift and edify everyone that needs to hear them today. And I just thank you, Lord, that there's going to be answers. There's going to be direction in that you're going to be speaking at the same time I am.

And so I bless this broadcast and I thank you for it in advance in Jesus name, Amen and Amen. Well, awesome you guys, we are here in July. We are halfway through 2026, if you can believe it, and we are halfway through what Papa said at the beginning of the year was the year of we. And there's a lot that the Father has been unpacking this year.

And if you haven't gone and listened to the broadcast since January, I encourage you to go back and re listen to those because I believe that each time that we listen, each time that we read the word of the year, which is over on chalice.com, you're going to see something different and it's going to apply to whatever circumstances or whatever the situation is in your life today. You know, man does not live by bread alone. We don't live just by our material reality. No, we live by the words that proceed out of the mouth of God.

And I have been sensing that this is a time to hear God and live on those words and live on that revelation that he is always pouring out every single day. It's a daily bread, but I am sensing that it is time to eat those words, live on those words, listen and be not just a here, but a doer of those words that we are to walk according to revelation. And I just believe that we are living in a time where there's so much change, so much upheaval. I think we are living in a time where anything that can be shaken is being shaken.

I mean, we are seeing it in the church structures. We are seeing that in the political arena. There is wars obviously going on and there's just a lot going on in the world right now, the economy is shifting. There's so many folks living in levels of uncertainty that maybe they've just never encountered before.

And so I just want to encourage you that this is a time where we absolutely are to walk by faith and not by sight. And what I mean by that is that there is a different level of perception that is available to us. We have the Holy Spirit. We have the fullness of the Godhead living inside of us.

But the question is how aware are we of that reality? How aware are we of arguing with God? How aware are we of the spirit realm and the unseen realities of the kingdom of God because we are called to live absolutely independent from this world system. And so as we step into this topic, I just want to encourage you to make your mind up to shift off of living, you know, by material reality and shift into living in the realm of revelation.

I heard the Lord say to me something many years ago that has really sat with me and he said, at least we are to move at the pace of revelation, at the speed of light or the speed of revelation. And I just think so many times there's pressure from other people, pressure from our circumstances, you know, things are, you know, there's things that need answers that need decisions that we need to, you know, we're just in this fast pace. We got to know now we got to move. And sometimes we just need to slow down and recognize that there is a pace that the sons of God knew that we are led by the Holy Spirit.

And the Holy Spirit is, you know, that gift. I think sometimes we just forget how, what that really means to be the temple of the Holy Spirit, to have the fullness of the Godhead living with inside us. I mean, that means that we have the most brilliant, whatever you want to say, living inside of us, the most brilliant businessman, the most brilliant mathematician, the most brilliant artist, the most brilliant musician, the most brilliant tax accountant, the most brilliant, you know, whatever you would need is inside of you. The whole kingdom is inside of you.

The kingdom is inside of you. And the one who said, let there be light and created all of the material reality that we enjoy is living inside of you. And so you have access to wisdom. You have access to revelation.

The spirit of wisdom and revelation lives inside of you. So this is a time to commune with the Holy Spirit to lean in to what God is speaking and teaching you in this season of your life like never before. So let's step in actually to what I heard God speaking over July. And before I do that, I want to share that this actually was a continuation of what he spoke to me actually last July.

He told me last July that it was independence from the world system day, that it was independence from independence day on July 4th. And so, you know, there wasn't a new word for July of 2026. I think that every day is independence from independence day and independence from the world system day because the only place that we can live in union with God and that we can live in revelation is in the present moment. And so this is a time to come back to the very simplicity of abiding in Christ and to live connected to the vine this moment, this moment, this moment, this moment and this moment and to be led by the spirit and to live with awakened perception.

God said that this is the year that he is recalibrating our perception, recalibrating our consciousness in other words. And you know, Einstein said something once that was so brilliant. He said, you can't solve a problem on the same level of consciousness that created it. And so God is elevating our perception, elevating our consciousness.

He is enlightening the eyes of our understanding so that we can see and hear as he sees and hears and we can participate in his reality, Jesus is life, right? We are participating in the resurrected one as risen ones in union with him and biting in him, entangled with him. And we are to walk in that oneness, in that union. And so we hear different, we see different, we process different, we think different from an elevated position where we are seated in heavenly places and we are perceiving through the mind of God with Christ's perceptions and we are perceiving through the eyes of God through the eyes of Yahweh.

And so we see different, we see creation as recreated, we see humanity is reconciled. We see as all things already being ours. We see, we start from the finish line. Remember when we talked about that in a different month, we start from the end that it's all finished.

It was finished before the foundation of the world. And you are walking out the plan of God and the destiny of God in your life day by day, hearing and doing, seeing and saying, and it is a flow in the spirit. It is a new way of living. It is a new life.

And this month more than ever, I feel like God is unpacking just what freedom actually is. What does it mean to live freedom from, you know, free from the illusion of separation? What does it mean to live free from the world system and, and toil and striving and comparing ourselves with others and living off the opinions of men and eating out of the tree of the knowledge of getting evil, where independent judgment and meaning making is the way that we are being walking through the world rather than recognizing who we are in Christ, being settled in our union, knowing that we are seeing that we are held, that we are, that God delights in us, that we are beloved, that we are accepted, and that from that place of our identity being settled, we can walk out our destiny and confidence, not being led by the five physical senses, not looking at the circumstances that we walk through in life as though they are giants, but rather we are overcomers. We are more than conquerors and Jesus has overcome anything and everything that we would ever face in this life.

He has given us everything pertaining to life and gladliness and we possess it now. And so gone are the days where we are praying for something that we already possess. No, we are walking in the fullness of life. We are walking in the reality of the new creation as new creations with the creator inside of us as one.

So the foundation verse for this month comes out of 1 Corinthians chapter 2. And I'm going to read it out of the Passion translation and I don't know how many of you have been tracking with the controversy around the Passion translation, but I just, I'm not, you know, I haven't made any public statements about this on social media and really won't make any public statements about that on social media. I just want to say that for me, the spirit of truth is in, you can find truth in a billboard, you can find truth in a movie, you can find truth on a license plate, right? The Hall of Creation is declaring the glory of God.

And so wherever the truth is, you will find Jesus because Jesus is the truth. There is a person who is truth. And so when I read any translation of scripture, first of all, what I'm going to do is I'm going to go back to the original language. And now because we have AI, we have, you know, Claude, we have chat GPT, we have perplexity, we have broad, we have all of these tools, like incredible tools at our disposal where we can just type in what is the verse in the original Greek?

Well, we don't have to actually just rely on translations anymore. And there's hundreds of them and different words are interpreted different ways. Some are paraphrases, some are actual scripture, you know, what am I trying to say, paraphrases some are more tried to be true to the actual translation of the Greek words. But I'll also say this, all translations just because of human meaning making, I mean, at some level, they are all interpretations of the original language.

And so we have to be discerning anytime that we are studying the Bible and we are to be led by the spirit of revelation. In fact, I believe that the reason that the approach that we should have towards scripture is that scripture should be a revelation of Jesus and an encounter with God and it should be a catapult into a conversation with God and insight that we are not getting from our own understanding. And so my position on the passage of translation really on any translation is that you are led by the Holy Spirit. And as far as the character of Brian Simmons, it's being questioned right now, well, I mean, the Bible is full of people with questionable character.

I would say maybe all of us on some level, on some days have questionable character. And so I can't throw out the first five books of the Bible because Moses was a murderer or murdered someone. I can't throw out the epistles because the Apostle Paul was a tormented Christian. I mean, I just think we have to extend grace and we just need to be discerning in any translation that we read.

And so that's my five seconds on the passage translation. And I do believe that it is what the Lord is speaking to us in July because it's just very clear. And so when I say clear, it's clear in the heart of what God is communicating. So I'm going to start in verse 12 in the passage of translation.

But of course, we get in various translations. Go back and do the study on it yourself. It says that for we did not receive the spirit of this world system, but the spirit of God. All right.

So other translations are going, we didn't receive the spirit of the world, but the spirit of God. So there's very little difference in translations in this scripture of this verse part of it. I want to stop here for a moment because just that statement is enough to feed you for the month of July. And the reason I want to stop on is because I don't know that we've actually unpacked it before maybe to the level of what God is wanting to unpack it this month.

So the first thing I want to share with you, I think it's important that we understand what is the world system? What are we actually what are we actually been set free from? What did our resurrection from Christ sever our relationship to right with the old life? Yes, but with the old system.

The world system is in fact a system. And I wrote this down because it's I think it's a really good explanation of it. It says that the world system is the organized arrangement of human life that is based on the assumption of separation from God. Okay.

So the world system at its root runs off of the illusion of the lie that we are separate from God, right? And it is the organizing system that we as human beings are immersed in from the from the moment that we are born. And it touches every single aspect of our life there. The world system encompasses the political systems.

It encompasses the economic systems, the education systems, the health systems, the financial systems, our relational systems, right? So this is the systems of that are organized under the assumption that human beings are separate from God. So the very foundation of this system is the lie and it is the biggest lie that's ever been told, right? It's the master lie and it is so prevalent.

It's like a water that we swim in that we don't even recognize that we're swimming in like a fish, right? It's just pervasive in every aspect of our lives. It dictates the way that we think about our health, the way that we think about wealth or lack of wealth or finances. It's the way we think about relationships and marriage and dating, right?

And friendships. It's the way that we think about our, you know, I set up the health system, right? About how we weigh and how we look and how we dress and fashion. I mean, just every aspect that by default is steeped in this illusion.

You know, I said this that it's that it is. And I said this, I taught and elevate on this as well yesterday, but it is, it is also steeped in because it's steeped in the illusion of separation. It is steeped in the lie of scarcity and it runs on fear. And obviously the, the, the master fear overall is the fear of death.

And we don't really recognize how much the fear of death has, has propagated itself into all kinds of other fears. I mean, let's just take our relationship with time, for example, right? Because we have this relationship with death that is not really, well, what I want to say is Jesus said this, I'll just say this way. Jesus said, I am the resurrection and I am the life, right?

Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. And so this, this contest or this, uh, uh, you know, like contrast between death and life has been going on throughout all of humanity. I mean, death entered through one man and death was overcome through Jesus. Death entered through Adam and death was overcome.

The reign of death was overcome in the resurrection of Jesus. Death itself is something that each of us has a relationship and in, in, in, in, in Lewitt, like, when we start to think about how it affects our time, I mean, we even call them deadlines, right? And so it's like we don't have enough time. Scarcity has hit our lives at the idea that time is running out and that we have a deadline and expiration date on life itself.

And so there's this perception, there's this paradigm of life and scarcity of life that is opposed to the spirit of God who is the spirit of life who raised Jesus from the death who dwells in you, that the spirit of God dwells in us and quickens our mortal body and, and renews us day by day. But yet we still have a paradigm of death and the scarcity that is in our consciousness as it relates to time. And so we rush, we hurry because we don't ever feel like we have enough time. We, we stress and we worry about our life purpose and is our destiny going to be fulfilled.

And so our relationship with time has been, uh, distorted and is a fallen, uh, construct based upon the illusion of separation from God. And Jesus did not live this way. I mean, Jesus understood the idea that his times were in the hands of the Lord, that his life had been written before he ever showed up to planet earth. And he walked through his life aware of Cairo's time, meaning the ordained time of God and his life.

And you would hear him say things all the time, like my time is not yet, my hour has not yet come. And he was not pressured by time. No, he communed with time and he walked out inside of time what had been written about him before time began. And so there was a completely different revelation and a relationship with time itself.

And so there was world system time and then there is scroll time, right? Is the things that God has written about you. And each and every day is the day that the word has made and it has been ordained by God. And you are here in this point in history by design and the things that are written about you and the book of the book of life, by the way, right?

All your days have been written in a book. So on the 139 16 before any of them ever took shape. And so your life is written. Your times are written and your times are in your hands.

And so the idea of rushing the idea of scarcity of time, you have time to do every single thing that God has ordained for you, not only in your lifetime, but also in each and every single day. The question is, are we on God's agenda? In John 5, 30, Jesus said in the voice translation, he said, I have never once nor will I ever act on my own. I listen to the one who sent me, I'm probably butchering a little bit.

I probably should go look at it. And I do his instructions and my judgment is just and never so serving because I am committed to pursuing God's agenda and not my own. And so let me just go in and double check that I got that right for your reference. But here it says, I have not ever acted and will not in the future act on my own.

I listen to the directions of the one who sent me and I act on these divine instructions. For this reason, what reason? Well, because I'm listening and doing whatever the fathers is speaking, it says for that reason, my judgment is always fair. It's never so serving, meaning that I'm just turning correctly and that I'm committed to pursuing God's agenda and not my own.

So each and every moment and each and every day, Jesus was on the father's agenda. He said the works that I do are not my own. He said the words that I speak are not my own. And I know you look at Jesus and we think, well, gosh, that's a high bar to have to try to follow.

But the truth is you are a partaker of the divine nature. And the same design that Jesus walked in is the same design that you walk in, except you are the resurrected version of Jesus because you rose from the dead with him. And so life as a risen one is let live is one who has already overcome death, who is already free from the curse. And so our relationship with time based on the scarcity of time is something that God is renewing our minds to, right?

But it's not just time. It's scarcity in every area, right? It's scarcity of love. It's scarcity of money.

It's scarcity of health. It's scarcity in every sense of the word. And what it propagates and what it causes is things like competition. And so the other thing the world system does is it tries to get us to compete for worth and to compare ourselves with a standard that is not our swirl, that is not the identity of who we are in Christ, that is settled once and for all, but actually to look to something that the world provides for worth and for confidence and for whatever self esteem.

And so we look at things like our education, we look at things like our socioeconomic status, we look at our bank accounts, we look at our education levels and our degrees and our titles at work and our accomplishments. And then we decide, well, based upon what either I have accomplished or not accomplished, well that I am important, I am worthy, I am significant, I am valuable rather than recognizing that age of us is a unique masterpiece, that there is only one that God has created that is you and everything about you is by divine design, including your life where you live, the talents, the gifts, everything that you do, the call of God in your life. And so your worth is defined by the value of God. The blood of Jesus is the currency that is worth more than silver, more than any title.

And so your worth is settled by the one who not only created you, but the one who abides in you. And so the worth of God has become your worth. You are a child, you are a bride of God and you are beyond worthy, beyond worthy. And so the world system has this system of esteem, the system of value.

And so living independent from the world system is basically not allowing anyone or anything except Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit to define you. It is living independent from the opinions of men and the standards by which you measure up or don't, right? No, you are complete in him. And so the world system would have you work to become valuable rather than working from the worth and the value that you already possess in Christ.

So it is when that scripture says, you know, God is not giving you the spirit of this world or this world system, but the spirit which is from God, like these are two completely different ways of living. These are two completely different spirits. And we'll talk about the Holy Spirit here in a moment, but here's the other, I just want to talk a few more things about the world system. The other thing that the world system has you doing, it's called self sourcing, right?

Where you are the source, you are the one that keeps your life together, you're the one that holds it together. And if you don't keep pushing and you don't keep maintaining everything, well, everything is going to fall apart. And you know, the wilderness that the Israelites walked in for 40 years was is a beautiful picture of what it means to come out of the world system and live by bread alone, right? By manna from heaven.

It is a picture of being delivered from a system of slavery, which is what the world is, right? And from being your own source, because if you have an independent self that is independent from God, then that makes you responsible as the source for making your life work. And you know, when Jesus walked through the wilderness for 40 days, you know, and he was tempted, he was tempted to what was your source, right? And when he said, man does not live by bread alone, it was after the enemy had come and said, you know, if in fact you are the son of God, well then turn those stones into bread, you're hungry, feed yourself, you have the disposal of all the power of body, your fingertips, now just work a miracle and feed yourself, right?

And here was Jesus who could have actually absolutely turned the stones into bread, but he refused to self source. He refused to move outside of the instruction of the father and he just wrote just spoke right back and he said, it is written, man does not live by bread alone, but by the words that proceed out of the mouth of God. He goes right back to John 531, he said, no, I do not seek my own will. I listen to the directions of the one who sent me and I follow those instructions.

Now, I am on a divine plan. I'm on a mission. I was sent here on a reason, just like you, different reason than what Jesus had, but he said, I'm following the one who sent me and I told his disciples, I have bread to eat, I have food to eat that you don't know about, right? He said, you must eat of me, you must drink of me.

Meaning, and guess what? He's the living word. He is the word of God spoken in the incarnation. And when he says eat of me, drink of me, he's talking about living water.

He's talking about living bread. And these are words of life. He said, my words are life. They are spirit and they nourish us and they provide, I mean, not just that they provide, you know, our, our, our life, but they walk us into the provision into the plan of God and in a life that is miraculous, that is independent from the world system.

And so this idea of self sourcing is huge. It's like who is your source, other people, their opinions, your job, your doctor, your husband, your wife, your spouse. I mean, like it, this is, this is huge because God is your singular source and the wilderness is the place where we walk through to determine like, what are we actually sourced from, when we are exiting the world system. And so the self sourcing thing is huge.

Where are we getting our understanding from? Where is our judgment being sourced from? Are we operating in judgment? Human judgment?

Are we operating in discernment? So let's keep reading that scripture. It says this. We did not receive the spirit of this world system, but the spirit of God, let me stop here for a moment because let me tell you, the Holy Spirit is enough.

The Holy Spirit is in you and the Holy Spirit knows all sin. Jesus said this about the Holy Spirit, said how be it when the Holy Spirit comes, he will lead and guide you into all truth and he will not speak of himself, but whatever he speaks, that shall he hear, you know, whatever he hears that shall he speak and he will show you the future. That's John 1613. And so you have access to the most powerful thing, the most powerful gift, the most powerful person that has ever been given.

You are the very home, the very dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit wants to speak. The Holy Spirit wants to reveal Jesus. The Holy Spirit wants to reveal the unseen realm, new creation reality and show you prophetically what is to come in your life.

The Holy Spirit wants you to see through the eyes of faith, through the eyes of Yahweh and to receive from another source of a source of revelation, a source of understanding, a source of counsel, a source of might, right? The sevenfold spirit of God lives inside of you. There is nothing that you could lack. And it's amazing to me how many times I talk to people and I'll say, okay, well, what is the Holy Spirit saying?

And what is God saying about the situation? And they haven't even asked much less heard or I mean, maybe they prayed, but they have not heard. And I'm just saying that this is a time that we are entering into human history, but you cannot walk like that. You have to be led by the Spirit.

This is a time of sunship. This is a time of growing up and exercising your spiritual senses so that you can discern good and evil, not judge good and evil. And the Holy Spirit has the answer that you need. There is always a supernatural solution to anything that we ever face and it's like.

The question is, are we reasoning with our own understanding or are we acknowledging the Holy Spirit? And Proverbs 3.5, it says, trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not to your own understanding, but just acknowledge God in all of your ways and he will direct your paths. And the idea of acknowledging the Holy Spirit, it's so simple, but so easy to forget because it requires present moment awareness of your union with God, of your one is with the Holy Spirit and the confidence in that to know who you are so that you know that when you say, hey, what's up Holy Spirit? Hey, what's up, Jesus?

Hey, what's up, Papa? Well, you're going to hear, well, hey, what's up, babe? What's up, child? Yeah, how can I help it?

What do you want to talk about? How can I help you today? Like there is a communion. There is a conversation that is inspired through your union with God that is light to your path.

It is the light of God that dispels darkness and allows you to walk by faith and not by the five physical senses, not by sight. There is spiritual perception. There is spiritual vision. There is revelation that you would never know in your natural mind.

Okay, the gifts of the Spirit start to come into operation and you get words of knowledge and words of wisdom and prophetic insight into your life and into what is going on in the world, right? You have the gift of faith is imparted to you so that you now walk in power, in the power to work miracles and the power to heal the sick, the power to speak and pray and the spirit and then interpret it. I mean, these gifts are not optional. The Apostle Paul said to covet the gifts and especially that you could prophesy mean that you would be able to discern the voice of God and see what God is showing you because there is a way that seems right to a man but the end there of his death and so walking blind in the world is not an option.

You know, the God of this world has blind the minds of what they say, unbelievers, but that's anyone that's walking according to the five physical senses and according to human wisdom and according to human judgment. And there is an entirely new way of living life in the spirit, life in the spirit of life and that spirit is in you. You've been given, you've not been given the spirit of this world system that's rooted in the illusion of separation. No, you've been given the spirit of God himself and it's beautiful fruit are all there.

Already, patience is not something that you grow into. It's something that you yield into. You have patient endurance. You have joy.

You can count all things joy because joy himself is living inside of you. And so it's a connection. It's an abiding. It is a fellowship.

It is a communion. It is an eating. It's an art taking. It is a, a, a, a glorious entangled recognition and realization and revelation that you are never alone, that you are never without help, that you have a path through whatever is that you are, whatever circumstances you find yourself in today, there is a spirit led miraculous breakthrough that is available to you and that you will walk through an overcome that there is a path of overcoming.

There is always positive to try and there is always a way of escape. The question is what is he saying? What is he doing? What is the next step?

What are you, what is, what is abiding in Christ look like today? Does it look like movement? Does it look like something called? Does it look like there's nothing supernatural about your part?

You can absolutely do that part. Sometimes it's rest. Sometimes it's taken out. The question is what is Papa up to?

It's the best question. What's next Papa? What are you doing Papa? And here's what it says is you continue to read through first Corinthians chapter two.

This is first, I'm going to read the whole thing again. It says this. So we did not receive the spirit of the world system, but the spirit of God here so that we might know, we might come to understand and experience all the grace has lavished upon us. Wow.

The Holy Spirit is our teacher. The Holy Spirit is here to say this is what the kingdom looks like. This is what the kingdom works. This is how it works.

This is my ways are higher. My thoughts are higher. But here's what I'm thinking. This is the way I handle the situation.

This is the chess move I'm going to make in this situation on your behalf or you're going to to do it with me, right? And then verse 13 it says and we articulate these realities with words imparted to us by the spirit and not with words taught by human wisdom. So this isn't the way revelation works, right? Is that you get these realities that start to become real to you and you get words that are spoken to you and you are taught this new revelation.

What is the revelation of everything that has been lavished upon us in Christ? And so you begin to operate in the realm of revelation so that you can move at the speed of revelation. And sometimes that's super fast, it's accelerated. Sometimes it's a weight and on the Lord and a weight and see.

And so there's a pace. There's a pace to grace in the message translation in Matthew 11 and like 28 through 30 it says that it's called that the unforced rhythms of grace. This is where you learn to not be moved by pressure, to not be moved by human wisdom and human insight and human interpretation and reasoning about what whatever you're walking through and this is what it means, right? And as you walk this walk with the Holy Spirit out of the illusion of separation and out of the dominance of the scene realm, will you begin to live as a free son?

It says this in verse 14, it says someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God's spirit for they make no sense to him. And so you start to recognize that the world is ignorant, that the foolishness of God is wiser than the wisdom of men. And so the wisdom is the world presents it to you is self-sourced, independent from God wisdom. It is, you know, safe for retirement, pay off your debts using the debt snowball system.

It is, you know, take your vitamins. I mean, I'm not saying any of those things in and of themselves are the wrong thing. The question is, is the Holy Spirit leading you into those things? Are you self-sourcing independently doing those things?

The action itself is not what is good or evil. It's the source of the action. You know, it's not wrong for Jesus to eat. It's wouldn't even be wrong for Jesus to turn the stones into bread if that was the instruction that God gave him.

He worked many signs and wonders. He turned water into wine. But he also told his mom when she told him to do it, you know, what's it got to do with me? He said, my time is not come.

And then obviously he heard from the Lord and then he worked a miracle. So he was not moved by pressure. He was not moved by the wisdom of human beings, right? Because it's foolishness.

Like it's just foolishness when it's just the wisdom of men. And he says this, it says, for they make no sense to them. He can't understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit, right? It says this in verse 15, those who live in the Spirit are able to carefully evaluate all things because they are subject to the Spirit even though in the God.

So this scripture in other translations talks about how the mind of the Spirit actually works, that the mind searches the deep things of God. It says, who can know the heart of God? You can know the Spirit of God. You can know the mind of God except the Spirit that is within him.

But then it goes on to say that that Spirit that is within God is the very Spirit that you've been given. And so you can know the mind of God. In fact, you have the mind of God. You have access.

You possess the perceptions of Christ. You have access to the thoughts, to the wisdom, to the brilliance of God in every situation. And so practically, as I kind of wrapped this up in this episode, what I want to say is that first and foremost, the pace of revelation is way slower in its inception than many of us are used to because we do feel so pressured by time and we do feel so pressured by circumstances. So often.

And so wisdom says, no, I'm going to get the mind of God on this. I'm going to hear from God. I need to operate at the speed of revelation. And if I don't have an answer, I don't have the revelation yet that I'm going to wait on the Lord.

Those that wait on the Lord are neither strength. They mount up with wings of eagles and then they run and then they don't think, right? And so there's the sometimes it's waiting. That's where patience comes in.

That's where the patience of the Holy Spirit is. It's like, where I love the way the Passion translation says it says that we're combining Spirit revealed truths with Spirit revealed words and Spirit revealed realities. And we're putting this beautiful revelation together in union with God and with Holy Spirit and to where the picture begins to be clear and God has the picture of your life. That has the direction that you need.

And so in a nutshell, living independent from the world system is two things. It's releasing the illusion of independence on God. It's releasing the illusion that you have a separate self that you have a separate personal pronoun, I, than the I that is Christ. So it's letting go of that illusion and then it's learning to walk, not according to your senses, not according to human wisdom and understanding and self sourcing outcomes.

No, it's learning to be led by the Spirit. It's communing with the Spirit. It's absolutely moving at the speed of revelation and it is counterculture. It is absolutely counterculture.

And we have so many things that can pull us into the world system. I mean, we have media, we have social media, we have the news, we have human beings, right? We have so many ways that we can get the world's viewpoint or the opinion of a person. No, this is about the opinions of God.

This is about the agenda of God and this is about understanding it day by day by day by day. It's about resisting the urge to rush, to not be moved by the world's deadlines, by not being moved by the pressure and by the opinions that surround us. No, it's about living in the place of abiding in the present moment, in the present day, right? Jesus, I don't worry about tomorrow.

And he's got a present day focus. It's daily bread and it's about living on that, the words of God, the revelation of God, the vision of God. It's about participating in the mind of God and participating in a consciousness where your spiritual senses are awake and the God of this world that blinds the mind of unbelievers, the blindness has left and you can see because you can't you can't navigate when you're blind, you can't walk through your life when you can't see things from God's perspective. And so this is a higher perspective.

This is these are the thoughts of God. These are the ways of God. These are the words of God and God's words does not return void and what is impossible with men is possible with God. So it doesn't really matter what the scene realm looks like today, right?

Whatever the current configuration of the material realm is today, no matter what the doctor is saying, no matter what the giant, whatever it looks like, health, you know, relational, financial, whatever that giant, whatever it looks like, the impossible situation that you may find yourself into today, it is not impossible with God. That current configuration honestly means nothing about you. It means nothing about the gospel. It means nothing about God who God is, what God is doing in your life.

You have to look away. You've got to look away from the things that are seen and you've got to look at the things that are unseen. You've got spiritual sight. You've got the Holy Spirit.

You've got all of those beautiful fruit and gifts and wisdom, all of the seven facets of the Holy Spirit inside of you are more powerful than you've imagined and you are equipped because he has equipped you because he put himself inside of you. And so this is a time to stop, to listen, to look and to move at the pace of grace, at the pace of revelation and to not be moved by anything other than the Spirit of God within you. So I'm declaring that July is our independence month. In fact, if you want to learn more about that, you can go over to julies.com and join us in elevate this month.

I took the time to actually write out a declaration of independence from the world system and I published it over in elevate and we're going to be measuring on that all month. There's a meditation there. There's a prayer recording there to just help you major and focus in on this independence from the world system. So you are called to do things that you can't finance.

You are called to do things that will never be accomplished in your human strength, right? The promised land was not going to be possessed by the strength of Joshua and the strength of Caleb and the generation that outlived the ones that died in wilderness. No, it was going to be done through signs and wonders. The same way they came out of Egypt.

You are going to come out of the world system with signs and wonders. You are going to go into your destiny with signs and wonders. It is going to require the supernatural, which requires the Holy Spirit because the Spirit in you is the miracle worker and you are more powerful. You have the authority of Christ and you have the power of the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead living in you.

You are more than a conqueror. You are capable and you are equipped no matter what giant you face, no matter what the circumstances look like in your life. You are equipped. There is a miracle with your name on it and it is going to be worked by the Holy Spirit that is inside of you.

All you need is the instruction. All you need is the next step. All you need is the perspective of God and it is available to you because the spirit of God is inside of you. It is inside of you.

What you are looking for is inside of you. God says, seek my face. He's inside of your face. Your intimacy with God is skin inside of skin.

All right. So you are equipped. You are equipped. You are more than a conqueror.

And so breathe. Let's get that right now and get with God. All right. Listen, be a listener, be a seer, right?

Be and hear what he is saying. That is the way that we are designed to live. It is the way that Jesus lived and you are in him as Jesus is. So are you in this world.

You are a risen one. You have been set free from the dominion of death and pressure in time and societal standards that try to tell you your worth and your significance. No, you have a destiny. You are a written.

You are written in loving letters and your destiny is written in loving letters. And every single day is the day of salvation. Every single day is a day that God has made and you can rejoice in it because it is a day that was designed by God with you in it. And there's a plan and your steps are ordered.

Just acknowledge him and he will direct your steps. All right, you guys. Well, that's what I have time for this month. And yeah, so join us over and elevate if you want more.

We have a coaching call next week. I'd love to see you on it. And we've got a promotion going this month. If you do want to step into elevate, you can just use the promo code free50.
