Dale and I are once again excited to welcome Jim Brown, President of Digital Transformation Research for tech clarity. Jim founded Tech-Clarity in 2002 and has over 30 years of industry experience in the manufacturing and software industries. While Jim began his career in manufacturing engineering and software systems, he then moved into management consulting and then into executive positions in strategy, marketing and product development for software companies specializing in ERP, PLM, supply chain, and more. In the final part of our discussion with Jim, we talk about the industrial metaverse as a culmination of the Digital Twin, AI, and digitalization; we ask about the state of industrial data and challenges companies may be having with organizing and integrating various data streams; and we wrap up the conversation with some final thoughts from Dale and Jim.
