Spirit Airlines calls for Shareholders to reject JetBlue's offer.  A decision will be made by June 10 in a special shareholder's meeting.  US Labor Market reported numbers and reported that weekly jobless claims hit a 4-month high.  Finally, Kohl's reported numbers and said that inflation was one of the reasons why their profits were not as good.  Wall Street is not happy with inflation and how it affects them.  Joe Biden and his presidency are trying to figure out how to fight inflation before the November midterms but sadly he has very few options when it comes to fighting inflation.
