Jen is the host of  Widow 180: The Podcast. It’s a show about turning tragedy, loss, and fear into strength, creativity, and a new passion for life.

Learning through her own experience in widowhood that we are not meant to grieve alone, Jen, along with her partners Kim Murray and Melissa Pierce, created The Widow Squad online community in 2022. It is a place for widows to come together to share, grow, transform, and create the life they want to live.

Jen’s mission through the podcast, the You Tube Channel, blog posts, coaching and speaking is to arm other widows with powerful stories of transformation and knowledge so that they can navigate life after loss.
