ChaiPoint's SaaS-based end-to-end operating system handles billing, warehouse management, inventory, and vendor management, and frees up the entrepreneur to focus on the product. Tea café chain Chai Point brewed its success story by focusing on retail outlets and IOT-based vending machines, primarily in tech parks.
