Ep 252: Coach Training Programs

Eighty-five percent of the coaching and teaching profession is well-intentioned by diluted and not that potent. The bulk of training in the coaching profession follows the traditional model that is more educational and informational. Elementary school, high school, university, or post-secondary education and certification programs are all offered inside the informational or educational model.  That's why coaches that graduate have their heads filled with information, and when they meet with you to coach you, they attempt to use that information to guide you in what they do.
