Unless you live under a rock, you are aware that the Supreme Court recently struck down the discriminatory, race-based admission standards at colleges and universities on the grounds that they violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. In this episode we review the majority opinion authored by Chief Justice John Roberts and a concurring opinion written by Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. In the next episode we discuss the problems associated with the Fourteenth Amendment (something called the Incorporation Doctrine) as well as review the Left's predictable reaction to the majority opinion and we have a little fun at the expense of Associate Justice Jackson as we review her dissenting opinion.
