"Break down the agents to very specific functionality," he says. "And those agents can be invoked by many different agents for different types of tasks." This isn't just a tech choice. It's a business and philosophical stance. Qualtrics is partnering with LangChain and releasing open connectors to build an ecosystem of interoperable agents. The goal? Let companies mix, match, and scale customer-facing systems without depending on any one vendor.
