Rather than following the lead of the majority, we look at it through the lens of what the writers and ratifiers of that amendment meant and said at the time of ratification. Then, for fun, we walk through the laughable dissenting opinions as well as briefly examine the Left's reaction to the opinion and offer some real solutions to the problem.
