"I should know better. I should be better." All of us have a process, and what makes it so challenging to have grace for your process is that you have a belief and expectation that you should be able to do better than your current process. Your process is how you get from here to there. You struggle to have grace for other people's processes because you struggle to have grace for your own processes.
