IIeana is a powerful Trainer, Speaker, Author, Women's Empowerment Coach, Co-Founder of Empowered Women Now, and Founder at Phoenix on the Rise. About Ileana- I am a speaker, trainer, writer, women's empowerment coach, human resources professional, “people enhancer” and entrepreneur. I am passionate about helping women who are on the path of self-growth and development, assisting them in overcoming self-imposed obstacles and barriers. Along with my business partner, Iva Baltova, I do this by delivering innovative women's empowerment courses on building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and communicating effectively at the workplace. I also provide one-on-one coaching to women who self-sabotage in their personal lives and/or careers and who are keen on getting out of self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviors. I am intensely interested in creating online communities and I have done this by building and administering an online Facebook community of over 700 international women (and growing) who are also on this path of self-discovery and empowerment. A few years ago, I created and presented a women-centric program for new entrepreneurs during the time I owned my first company, Mind Ignition (www.mindignition.ca). I have also been sponsoring female children in the developing world since 1997. As far as qualifications go, I have a Professional CAT Diploma (Cognitive Analytic Therapy); Associate Certification, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Human Resource Management; Honors Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree; and Train the Trainer Certification.
