Ep 259: Why You May Be Disillusioned

You go to workshops and training, and you bring somebody to talk to your team. At first, you become super excited and inspired, but as time goes on, you become more disillusioned. You start to feel that there is no transformation.  You go from initial motivation to inspiration, stagnation, disillusionment, and eventually to resignation. Once you hit the resignation point, it is hard motivating yourself to step in too much.  Listen as you will discover why you may feel disillusioned by training, workshop, or seminars.
