It is my pleasure to introduce to you Andy Fermo for this episode of LWICFD! Andy served as a Commando in the Australian Defence Force, achieving the rank of Corporal and specialising in Electronic Warfare. He served 2 tours in Afghanistan & upon returning home he realised he was suffering from PTSD.  Andy tells us of his journey of how he got into the army & some of his time in the war zone & what happened after he came back. He also explains his new project, Invisible Injuries which aims to provide support through connection and ambassadorship to improve the mental health and wellbeing of veterans, first responders (and their immediate support) experiencing PTSD.
