Iram discussed her background and how she settled into the customer success world. She then dove into how Mosaic Smart Data is using machine learning and artificial intelligence to spot potential opportunities in capital markets as well as providing real-time data analytics on trades. She also shared how the team ensures value delivery by measuring data and learning from feedback. Working mostly with banks, Mosaic has a hybrid process of account management that goes hands-on with customer support but they are working to build a self-serve model for scalability and seeking to integrate more technology into the customer-facing operations.
