This exemplary leader and community servant authored a book called, “The Positive Leader with a Big Impact” and recently picked up painting as a hobby. Bing shares insights about being born into a family business that his grandfather started over 75 years ago and growing it into a powerhouse company that produces exclusive medical grade plastics. Bing grew and pivoted Modern Plastics during the pandemic and shares leadership lessons as they pivoted and began producing thousands of PPEs and other safety supplies to help battle the spread of COVID19 and keep our front line workers safe.
