Ep 26 – Running Away From the Circus – Political Scientist and Former Professor / Circus Performer

from But I Also Podcast

Andrea Jones-Rooy and Aaron Kominos-Smith sit down to first talk about the complexity of complex systems and the broader field of Political Science. After many years in college, Andrea finished her Ph.D. and worked as a professor in Shanghai explaining the difference between complex and complicated systems. While Andrea was staying focused on her career in China – she had put aside a previous hobby of circus performing – the establishment of a new circus group in Shanghai pulled at her and she was offered a full time job performing! Back in America, she now freelances as a political scientist and performs many different acts and can be found at www.jonesroy.com Please subscribe to this podcast in iTunes or your favorite Podcast app so you never miss an episode!
