Stelios Theocharous was born in Cyprus and after studying in the UK he worked for his family fish & chip shops, which they still own. In 2006, Stelios established Ceres, a batter supply company named after the Roman goddess of harvests, which supplies and advises the UK frying and restaurant trades. And if this wasn’t enough for one man, he also hosts and produces the “Ceres Podcast” which regularly appears in the top 100 Food podcasts in the UK charts.
