EP 26: The Archetype of Leadership

On today's episode we are introducing a new conversation around the archetypes of leadership. Women Who Run with Horses is a journey of evoking and understanding where the medicine and space of horses support and empower us in our own evolution as human beings and as leaders. What is the power of the horse and what is the space that they invite us into? This conversation is a share around one of our horses Shiva whom we call the destroyer, named after the powerful hindu god, we start here as a way to look at how do we master our own fears and what is the process we are being given an invitation to when we find ourselves feeling deeply uncomfortable with them. In it we share as well about Shiva's journey and how that mirrored our own and what he represents as an archetype in this conversation of our own inner leadership and self mastery.
