“Do you remember that love you felt from that other person? It didn't come from them. They sparked the love that was already within you. This is an important distinction. Because when someone leaves, they don't take that love with them. All of that love was within you all along. They were simply reminding you of it. And you can consciously spark that love without needing anyone or anything outside of you to do so. You can be in love at any moment. Try it. Take a deep breath in, and when you breathe out, close your eyes and feel yourself fall in love with this moment. Isn't that amazing?
