Sigita works as Information Security Manager at Nord Security, where she is responsible for company's Information Security Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations, and security training and awareness.   Previously, Sigita worked at Research and Education Network Association GÉANT, where she led a wide range of international projects and teams, information security community activities and Special Interest Groups. She organized cyber security trainings, conferences and workshops in Europe and Asian countries.  Sigita was Director of CyberSOC at NRD Cyber Security prior to joining Nord Security.   Sigita holds a Master's Degree of Business Management at the ISM University of Management and Economics, where she researched the relationships between people's knowledge, attitude and behavior towards cyber security in organizations.
