Ep 266: I'm Sick of Being a Leader

"I'm sick of being a leader for people." That expression shows how you are mistaking leadership as just inspiring other people, motivating other people, and getting other people to do stuff.  You might feel exhausted if you do a lot of work to inspire others. You always try to put a lot of effort into encouraging them. Instead of doing much to inspire others with your work, why not become a leader that supports them to motivate themselves?  Listen and enjoy the show!
