Ep. 268 | Pump Up the Volume (1990)
from I Finally Watched... Hosted by ifinallywatched
When the stars align and the universe smiles down upon you, you get Reena as a guest on your show! Reena Friedman Watts is the host of The Better Call Daddy Podcast, a wonderful podcast where Reena and her father talk and interview various guests about various subjects! This week we are honored to talk about Pump Up the Volume, Reena's favorite film starring Christian Slater and Samantha Mathis. This movie perfectly encapsulates the 90's, strange for a film made in the year 1990. This movie also suggests, by our interpretation only, that Christian Slater's character, Mark Hunter, is the father/founder/inspiration of podcasting! Don't believe us? Give the episode a listen!
