(the perfect) Paper Plane This is an equal parts cocktail, so if you got a big glass, up it to 1 oz each. Chill your coupe glass In your shaker add ¾ oz - Bourbon (90 proof - 100 proof) - if using lower proof, up the amount of bourbon ¾ oz - Amaro Nonino (Amaro Montenegro works here too)  ¾ oz - Aperol ¾ oz - Lemon juice (fresh) Ice SHAKE!!!!
