Phoebe Jacobs, wife of Julian Jacobs has been driving drift cars since the late 00's. She has been in Julian's life since their early teen years. She was there in the beginning of him finding drifting and Northern California Drifting's roots. Phoebe is behind the scenes helping everything you see with Super D, Heat Maker and Animal Style.
