Ep. 27: Why I Fear My Own Power

This is my most vulnerable podcast yet. This is me opening my heart, sharing my most vulnerable feelings and what has kept me playing smaller than I know I am here for over the last 5 years. One of my most valued clients recently asked me, "Why do you fear your own power?" I decided to answer this question for all of you to receive from me. One of the things I declared this year was to show more of myself to my wider community - because truth matters. Authenticity matters. Shame gets to F*CK off - with love.... so here goes. I do shed some tears in this, mostly because it still saddens me that the little girl within me, felt she needed to look a certain way to be validated and loved. I don't feel like this now. I have worked deeply on my self love over the last few years, shedding the disgust, not enoughness. I am so committed to 2025 being the year I am published, a paid speaker and on a Ted X stage sharing my story on why we must reclaim our authority.
