Ep 27: Working Genius: Transforming Team Dynamics in Small Business

In this episode, I share what I've been up to over the last couple of months with implementing the Working Genius model across my business and family. After introducing the Working Genius concept developed by Pat Lencioni and The Table Group, I explain the six genius types that make up the WIDGET model: Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. I share personal examples of how understanding these genius types has impacted our business operations, including a recent hire whose TE (Tenacity and Enablement) genius perfectly complements my own ID (Invention and Discernment) tendencies.
