David has spent nearly all of his career as an ordained priest in the Anglican church. He grew up in the UK, India and Myanmar/Burma and then emigrated to New Zealand when he was 21 working for the Bank of New Zealand. Then when he was 29 he was ordained in the church. David then worked as a vicar in New Zealand for 46 years before his first retirement. The 2nd still hasn’t happened, and he moved to the UK in 2002 and from 2007 picked up clergy work again.David shares, towards the end, his 3 main lessons from a long career.
