How did Adam Quinney get caught in "How?" When your vision and mission have grown, there is a demand to do something. Looking for what's next is scary because there is the beauty of what is created and the fear that if you change something, you could screw up, and then you can't go back. When you create a rough vision of good things to happen, you get that wide, open grassy field of possibility. Now, you start to look at, "Now what?." Then you get completely derailed from the "How." The vision is too big to understand how to do it. It is super common, and you get caught tripped up in the magnitude of what you want to create and caught in the "How."
