For most of us, EMPI  has been a name that has been synonymous with the aftermarket parts since we started the hobby. Especially for those of us that were in the hobby in the 80s and 90s there was a time when vintage EMPI stuff was on the rampage. The culmination of which was Scott Smith, 1967 black EMPI accessorized to the max sedan.
