Ep 273: I Was Becoming Reliant On My Coach

That is the most common complaint of people who have a leader or a coach. Most untrained "coaches" are helping, fixing, and guiding you toward a path. They give you advice that does not empower you to discover your path in your wisdom. It has you become reliant on his advice. It is important to distinguish that it is your default as a human. Holding space, not giving answers, and supporting people to find their wisdom, is unnatural.  Listen as you will know the reasons why it is happening, and how can you show up more powerfully.
