Ep 279: You're Doing a Great Job

Great job! It is an easy phrase to say to people if they are doing a great job. Society has a high bar for what a great job is. It is a never-ending set of goalposts you never really get quiet for. Most of the time, you are very stingy with yourself to the great work that you are doing. You become very hesitant to receive praise and acknowledgment.  This episode will remind you that when you practice leadership or step forward into the practice of leadership, you are doing a great job!
