Sharon specialises in leadership, emerging leaders, confidence, imposter syndrome and wellbeing. Sharon has coached with organisations both in the Public and Private sectors. As a DISC Profiling Master Trainer, she delivers the DISC Model of Human Behaviour training at Certification, Accreditation and Train the Trainer levels. With a 14-year professional background in Learning and Development, (membership with CIPD), experience in delivering conflict management coaching, resilience coaching and a wide portfolio of emotional wellbeing coaching programmes it combines her background in emotional health, DISC profiling, NLP coaching and Thought Field Therapy. Sharon is also a qualified mentor with the Government Help To Grow Scheme via Enterprise Nation.
